Tungum is pleased to announce that it will be supplying its Tungum tube to Drass Italy again for a new dive system.  Drass was awarded a contract by Vard for the construction of a 100 Series New Generation Saturation Diving System for Harkand. The vessel is a Vard design. The plan is to build it in the Vard Shipyard in Sovik, Norway and Tulcea, Romania. The system is rated 300 MSW, and is going to be a twin bell 18-man system, with 4 Single-lock Diving Decompression Chambers. The bells are moon pool launched with cursors guidance.

The system’s primary tubing selection is based around Tungum. This is because of its excellent O2 compatibility, crevice and corrosion resistance.
