Tungum Limited purchased the industrial videoscope, a specialist hand held video camera with flexible insertion tube, to help monitor the quality of Tungum tubing. The instrument means that we are now able to visually inspect the bore of the tube (up to six metres in length) without having to cut it, resulting in less waste and saving staff time.

 “Tungum is used in variety of demanding environments from pneumatic, hydraulic and instrumentation system applications, so it’s vital that it is free from contamination,” said John Zbihlyj, operations director. “Using the videoscope gives us and our customers the quality reassurance we need, while also improving our operational efficiency too.”
